How can I check the status of my order?
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation with all the details. Once your order has shipped, you will receive shipping information to track your order.
The item I want to order is sold out. Will it still be in stock?
It varies by product when it comes back in stock. Leave your email address on the product page to receive an email as soon as your size is back in stock. Also keep an eye on our social media for restock announcements.
My order hasn't arrived yet, now what?
Orders placed before 10 p.m. will be shipped the same day. If your order is not received within a few business days, the item you ordered may have a longer delivery time. Delivery times are listed in the product description. Please contact customer service for more information.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary by country. Please check the cost during checkout. For orders over 100 euros, shipping costs are free.
Can you ship my order to another address?
Address changes are possible until shipment. After shipment, we cannot change the address.
I received a different item than what I ordered. What should I do?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer service, provide details about the item received incorrectly, and send photos for verification. We will resolve it quickly for you.
What if the delivered item is damaged?
We apologize if you received a damaged item. Please contact our customer service immediately and send photos of the damaged item. We will solve this problem for you as soon as possible.

Can I exchange an item for another size?
Sure! Please email our customer service department to request an exchange. Then create a return label via the return link for the size you don’t want to keep. We will then send you the new size at no charge.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel placed orders as they are automatically processed in our system. After you have received the order, you can of course return it.
Can I collaborate with Hidden Hills?

Can I do an internship with you?
Unfortunately, we are not currently looking for interns. However, you can always send an email to info@hiddenhills.nl for an open application.
